Sean Garland is the Founder and CEO of Pont Engineering, and a highly accomplished structural engineer with nearly three decades of experience in transportation infrastructure. His deep expertise spans bridge design, inspection, and rehabilitation, and he has successfully led award-winning projects across Georgia and the southeastern United States. Under his leadership, Pont Engineering has become known for delivering innovative, high-quality solutions. Sean’s work is defined by technical precision, strategic vision, and a strong commitment to excellence and public safety in civil engineering.

Veronica Jenkins is a dynamic HR and talent strategy leader with over a decade of experience building, scaling, and transforming organizations. As the VP of Operations at PONT Engineering, she provides high-level strategy resources and guidance, pilots cultural development initiatives, and supports internal organizational design. With expertise in recruiting operations, leadership development, and performance management, Veronica partners with engineering and technical team members to drive engagement, implement best practices, and improve overall organizational performance. She brings vision, structure, and deep understanding of people strategy to our team.

Shirl A. White is a seasoned civil engineer and project administrator with over 35 years of experience managing large-scale highways, rail, bridge, and aviation projects across the Southeast and Midwest. Her impressive portfolio includes work on major GDOT Design-Build transportation programs such as the I-285/SR 400 Interchange Reconstruction, I-85 Expressway Widening, I-285/I20 Interchange Reconstruction, I-75 Reversible Express South Lanes and the SR 400 DBFOM Express Lanes project. 

A DBIA-certified professional, Sherl is known for her high-quality plan coordination, communication management, and delivering complex infrastructure projects. Her career spans roles in state departments of transportation, freight and commuter rail systems, and city engineering offices—consistently bringing projects to success with a focus on safety, efficiency, and collaboration.

Clinton Ford

Deputy Program Manager

Clinton B. Ford is a seasoned transportation and infrastructure leader with more than 30 years of experience delivering complex roadway and bridge programs across Georgia. As Deputy Program Manager at PONT Engineering, Inc., he oversees program operations, leads multidisciplinary teams of supervisors and project managers, and drives the successful execution of major Bridge PMC initiatives.

Recognized for his strength in governance, budget and schedule control, risk mitigation, and resource optimization, Clinton brings a disciplined, strategic approach to large-scale infrastructure delivery. Prior to joining PONT, he spent over two decades with the Georgia Department of Transportation, advancing through engineering, project management, and program leadership roles. His experience spans multimillion-dollar capital projects, district-wide construction oversight, consultant contract management, coordination with local governments, and full lifecycle project delivery—from scope development through construction closeout.
